FAQ'S

How long until my order ships?

1 to 2 business days. Tracking lands in your inbox as soon as it's out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. 10 to 20 business days, $30 flat. Duties and customs are on you, we can't predict what they'll be.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us fast. Once it's dispatched, we can't pull it back.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email us with photos and your order number. We'll sort it.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Different size, different colour, within 14 days. We cover postage back to you.

How do exchanges work?

Email us, send your original back, we'll ship the new one as soon as your return's on its way. No need to wait for a refund first.

What's covered under warranty?

Manufacturing faults, 12 months. Not general wear, not accidents.

What if something breaks after the 12 months is up?

Email us anyway. If it's a simple fix, like a loose screw or a hinge, we can usually sort a paid repair. Not everything's fixable, but we'll always tell you straight rather than leave you guessing.

Can I return a sale item?

Exchange or store credit only, unless it's faulty, then it's a full repair, replacement, or refund.

What are your frames made from?

Mostly plant-based acetate, wood pulp and cotton seed, not standard plastic. We've got metal frames in the range too.

How do I look after my sunglasses?

Two hands to take them off, pouch when not wearing them, soft cloth to clean, keep them out of hot cars. Metal frames need an occasional screw check too. Full details on the Care page.

Are your lenses polarised?

Selected styles, yes. Check the product page, it's listed in the specs.

What's B Corp certification?

An independent assessment of how we treat people, the planet, and our supply chain. Not something we award ourselves.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, standard shipping only. Express requires a street address.

How do I track my order?

Tracking link goes to your email once your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Afterpay, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

What are CR-39 lenses and why do you use them?

CR-39 is a lightweight plastic lens material, lab-tested and certified to ISO 12312-1:2022, AS/NZS 1067.1:2016 and ANSI Z80.3-2025. It's what we use across the range for clarity and durability without the weight of glass.

What do the blue light lenses actually do?

They filter 25% of blue light, lab-certified. That's it, that's the claim. If you're staring at screens most of the day, it can ease eye strain. We're not going to tell you it fixes your sleep or your jet lag, because it doesn't, and anyone who says otherwise is overselling it.

What's your widest and smallest frame width?

Widest frame is X: [X]mm. Smallest frame is X: [X]mm.

Do different lens colours suit different things?

Red and rose lenses filter the most blue light, good if you're sensitive to fluorescent lighting or screen glare. They also sharpen contrast and depth, useful for reading or screen work.

Yellow lenses block scattered blue-violet light too, brightening flat or hazy conditions and cutting visual noise under harsh or dim indoor light, which is why they're a common pick for gaming and long stretches at a screen.
