Refund policy

Returns

We will accept returns as outlined in the policy below.  Before commencing any return, please contact us at cs_sito@leisurecollective.com.au or 08 9781 3599.

To return your product, send it to: 11 Clark Street Dunsborough Western Australia AU 6281. 

Australian Consumer Law

We will provide a refund or replacement where required to do so by law. Please contact us if your product is defective or damaged, or to discuss any issues with your products, before attempting to return any items. 

Change of mind returns

In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we accept returns for change of mind:

  • within 30 days from the date of purchase;
  • where your item is unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it; and
  • where you provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale products and gift cards may not be returned under our change of mind policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping for change of mind returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs_sito@leisurecollective.com.au and send your item to: 11 Clark Street Dunsborough Western Australia AU 6281.

Gifts

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at cs_sito@leisurecollective.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
