Personal information
Personal information is information or an opinion about an identified or reasonably identifiable individual, whether or not it's true and whether or not it's recorded in writing.
What we collect
We collect and hold personal information to provide our goods and services, and for purposes connected to them. This may include:
- Identity and contact details — full name, address, date of birth, phone number, email address and other identifying information.
- Payment details — payment transactions are processed by a third party payment processor, so we don't retain your payment card details.
- Account data — if you create an account with us, this includes your profile information, email address and preferences.
- Other information — written and verbal communications with us, including comments, live chat, social media and email interactions, feedback and reviews, plus cookie information, IP address, URLs, search history and related data from your interactions with us online.
How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you through our apps, websites and other online platforms, including via cookies (data files placed on your device). We may also collect information indirectly, including through third parties who promote or sell our goods, such as our retailers.
We hold personal information securely, with appropriate protections in place, and only for as long as it remains relevant to the purpose it was collected for.
How we use and disclose it
We won't use or disclose personal information for a secondary purpose unless that purpose is related to why we originally collected it and you'd reasonably expect that use, or unless you've consented.
If you don't provide the personal information we ask for, we may not be able to provide our goods and services to you.
We may collect, hold, use and disclose personal information to:
- run our business and provide our goods and services;
- communicate about our goods, services, or third party products and services that may interest you;
- provide information, advertising or marketing, including targeted advertising;
- improve and optimise our goods, services and platforms;
- support internal administration, research, planning, marketing and product development; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
We may also disclose personal information to our affiliates, related bodies corporate, and third party partners, organisations and service providers, including:
- Shopify Inc, which hosts our online stores;
- customer relationship management platforms and service providers; and
- other technology, digital and marketing service providers, such as Amazon, Facebook, Google and TikTok,
who use it for the same purposes and for purposes connected to providing our goods and services.
Overseas disclosure
We may disclose personal information to overseas entities, including by using overseas data servers, in locations such as the United States, the UK, the EU and the Asia-Pacific region. For example, providing our goods and services through our websites involves disclosing your personal information to Shopify Inc, which has servers in the United States.
Third party links
Our websites may link to other websites. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Linking to a third party site doesn't mean we endorse it, its content, its owners or its practices. This policy doesn't apply to any third party website, which will have its own privacy and other policies.
Changes to this policy
We may review and update this policy from time to time without notice. Please check back periodically to stay informed about how we collect, hold, store and use personal information. The date at the top shows when this policy was last updated.

We only retain personal information for as long as it's necessary for the purpose it was collected for.
We take reasonable steps to keep the personal information we hold accurate and up to date. If you believe information we hold about you is incorrect or outdated, you can ask us to correct it.
You can also ask us for details of the personal information we hold about you, and request copies. We'll aim to respond within 30 days of your request. We may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative cost of providing that information, where the law allows.
